We have been customers of Concept for the past six years or so. I am writing to personally make you aware of the excellent help and support that we continue to receive from Natalie Hibbert. This year we have a slightly scaled down stand at Tube 2016 and Natalie has been very patient, willing to make changes to accommodate our requirements which are now confirmed and ordered. Intelligent, genuinely supportive sales/customer service is becoming harder to find these days. It is therefore much appreciated

Last Night, we received a call from Aintree Racecourse, the chairwoman of the course decided to make some last minute changes and this meant we had to leave around 5pm to action the changes. John and Kyle got there, performed all the tasks and got back around 1am. They have sent a message to say a massive thanks and to pass this on to the the team. As usual, it is great service from Concept.

We were very happy with the service and furniture at St Pancras, it was excellent. The White tables at Goodwood (especially manufactured for us) and the san chairs, we had a few issues with the quality. A couple of the tables had bubbles where the leg fitting was too big for the narrow table top, and with some of the swan chairs the piping was stapled instead of stitched as the majority were. the service as usual was very good. The furniture and service at the British Grand Prix were also very good. Thank you and your team for all your help, please pass this on to your team.

Debbie is a great contact for us and goes above and beyond to get quotes quickly to us, correct and in detail. The guys on site are very pleasant, understanding of the busy site. All check back with me and ensure I am happy before they leave site. They take care with the furniture and are great to work with
Just wanted to say thank you very much for calling me so early yesterday to update me on what was going on! Everything worked out well in the end and I was so pleased with the service. The 2 guys who delivered (sadly, I didn't catch their names as the morning was so manic) were amazing and I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the way they cracked on and got everything upstairs in record time for us and were right on time to collect! They were brilliant and very helpful! Thank you again and I am sure I will be in touch in the future.
I also want to take this opportunity to say thank you for your help and support an the Go Further 3 project. Please also pass on our gratitude to Warren and the team who joined us in Cologne and worked so tirlessly to deliver and move the enormous amount of furniture during the main setting, the reset night and remoal night. Their efforts were so greatly appreciated by us and did not go unnoticed. They are a huge asset to your team and we are very grateful for their involvement and hard work!! They helped make the project a great success and we couldn't have done it without them! Well Done all.

Such two tiny words seem hardly to scratch the surface of the sentiment I'm trying to convey. Thank you, for your endless patience Thank you, for answering the phone at god knows what time when you weren't even on call. Thank you, for going well above and beyond your remit in an attempt to help me pacify a tricky client. Thank you, for pretending Amsterdam was "just up the road"! Thank you for buying all new furniture just for us and then not throwing your toys out when it wasn't used. Thank you, for your sense of humour and can do attitude. Thank you, for being able to do what others weren’t even interested in. Thank you to the lads in the warehouse that recovered benches in fresh white "leather" at a moment’s notice. Thank you to the lads in the warehouse that loaded, unloaded and reloaded trucks just for the hell of it. Thank you to the lads that got in those trucks and joined me on the front line without even a hint of tiredness or ill temper. Thank you to anyone else in the team that was even remotely affected by last week’s fun and games. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
