been great and have provided fantastic customer
service and as always your guys on the ground are so
helpful and cheerful and get the job done – it makes
such a difference having people who care and do

non-scheduled event.
I was at an event at Excel in the
Platinum Suites, which you were not
contracting, when I needed some bar
stools in a hurry. I visited your
service desk in Grand Designs Live and
explained the situation - the lady there
took that request and through a lot of
effort and several phone calls managed
to supply the stools within 2-3 hours -
Brilliant.
