> How do I get in touch with you outside office hours?

> How do I know if there will be a delivery charge or not?

The majority of exhibitions and events in the UK are free delivery. Every show where we have been given official furniture supplier status, it will be free delivery. But, on occasions we have to charge a small fee to cover the cost of fuel and labour. You can view our UK Exhibitions & Euro Exhibitions to see which shows are free delivery. If the show you are attending is not listed please request a quote by emailing sales@conceptfurniture.co.uk

> How do I order furniture to hire online?

Ordering furniture online with Concept Furniture is very easy. Simply browse through our website & click on the products you like. Choose the colour & quantities you want from the drop down menu and click add to basket. This will then calculate the total automatically, you can then continue shopping to add more items or you can follow the checkout procedure to order online. All the info we need from you will be taken during the checkout procedure. In case you think we may need more information such as delivery instructions, this can be entered into the additional information box in the checkout.

> Can I purchase the furniture?

Concept Furniture will sell the majority of their stock as ex-rental or new. You will need to email info@conceptfurniture.co.uk for quotations as they are not listed on this website and are not the same price as the rental prices. We can also quote for us to deliver, courier or its free if you wish to collect. All sold items we be cleaned and bagged prior to despatch. Alternatively you can call our sales team on 0844 822 1424

> Is my hired furniture insured?

No. You as the hirer are fully under the care of the furniture. If we collect items and they are damaged the cost will need to passed onto the hirer. For large orders it is recommend that you insure the furniture yourselves at a price of 5 times the hire price.

> What are your delivery & collection times?

We work around you! Let us know what time you want the furniture to be delivered and be collected and we will ensure its done!

> Can I order the day before I need the furniture?

Yes. You will need to call us to make sure we have the stock available and vehicles ready to delivery. You can call us on 0844 822 1424 and ask for the sales team.

> I am organising a large show, how do you deal with this?

Concept Furniture work with many organisers through-out UK & Europe furnishing feature areas, conference & meeting rooms, exhibitor stands and organiser offices. Concept have worked on many large shows as an official furniture supplier such as Farnborough Air Show, World Travel Market and London Book Fair. We have a dedicated team for this and always do our utmost to ensure the furniture side of the show runs flawlessly relieving stress from the organisers to concentrate on other aspects of the show. > Can you deliver to Europe?

Yes. We are always travelling across shores delivering our high quality furniture to exhibitions in Europe.Please view our European Exhibition page to see if we are already attending alternatively call us to arrange a personalised quotation.

> I’m a CAD designer how do I gain access to your files?

We have had all our furniture designed in CAD format so the designers can insert our furniture into their designs without taking the time to design it themselves. Any designer wishing to hire furniture from us can have access to our CAD files by simply requesting a login here. When we receive it, our IT & Marketing department will activate your account and email through confirmation.

> Can I come visit your warehouse to view the furniture?

Yes anytime. Scheduled or unscheduled. Just pop in and ask for a tour of our warehouse, view our furniture and see how we work. We are open 8.30am till 5pm Monday till Friday. If you require a visit outside these times please schedule one by emailing us or calling us on 0844 822 1424

> I am after something a little different to what you have?

If there is something not on our website or in our brochure that you want let us know. We have great purchasing power and can almost source anything!

> If I order too much, can I send it back?

Yes. Upon delivery ask us to lay the furniture out and you can send items back. As these items have been cleaned, bagged and delivered we can not give refunds but can gladly remove them for you.

> I’m not sure what will look good on my stand?

If you are unsure what to put on your stand you can browse through our gallery and look at other stands with our furniture hire. You can view our furniture combination pages for special packages for different size stands and colour variations. Alternatively our sales staff will be happy to discuss your needs with you over the phone and recommend different products from our vast range of furniture.
